The problem. For decades, people with money have had personal trainers, nutritionists and concierge physicians turning their health into a plan. Everyone else has had a dozen disconnected apps and a lot of guessing.

What we built. LIFE1 asks you one question, which protocol you want to live by, Lean, Lift or Longevity, and turns the answer into a daily plan: one Health Score from what you actually measured, training programs with HD coaching, camera food logging, a fasting window, preventive care, and an Apple Watch companion. It reports what happened. It does not flatter, predict or nag.

What we believe

• Your data is yours. Export everything, delete everything, any time, from Settings. No proprietary lock-in.
• Measured, not guessed. If a value was not measured, LIFE1 shows an empty state instead of a placeholder number.
• Not medical care. LIFE1 is a wellness tool that works alongside professionals, never instead of them.
• Three languages from day one. English, French (Canada) and Spanish, in the app and on this site.
