The Health Score is one number for the day, built from what you measured and what you completed. It is meant to be read the way you read a bank balance: a summary you can open up, not a judgment.
Meals logged against your protocol’s targets, training completed, readings you recorded, and data from your wearable such as sleep and resting heart rate. The app shows how the score was built, item by item.
Completing the day’s plan moves it. Logging a meal that lands inside the targets moves it. Sleep and recovery data from your wearable move it. Nothing you did not measure is estimated or filled in.
It is not a health assessment, a risk score or a diagnosis. It does not interpret your readings or compare you with a population. It is a daily summary of your own inputs, and it is explained, not asserted.
The Health Score and your streak are on the Apple Watch face and the Wear OS tile, so the day is visible without the phone.
In LIFE1. Open the Day tab to see the Health Score and its breakdown. The score and your streak are also on Apple Watch and Wear OS.
No. It usually means the day’s plan was not completed or not logged. Open the breakdown to see which part.
Yes. The Day screen shows the components and how each contributed.
The components are the same; the targets differ by protocol, so the same meal or session can land differently under Lean, Lift or Longevity.
LIFE1 shows what you measured and what published guidelines say. It does not diagnose, interpret or treat. This page is general information, not medical advice.
