LIFE1 › Lift

A strength training app that logs the set while you rest.

The Lift protocol shapes the plan around getting stronger: sessions in HD, set logging on the phone and the watch, rest paced by your own recovery, and protein targets that match the goal. Free, no subscription.

Log sets without breaking the set

Tap the weight and reps between sets, on the phone or from the wrist. The app keeps the history by exercise so the next session starts from the last one.

Rest that ends when your heart does

With Apple Watch or a Wear OS watch, live heart rate shows during the session and rest timing follows your recovery rather than a fixed clock.

Form Scan on Android

On Android, Form Scan uses the camera to count reps and show your position during supported moves. It is a form cue, not a medical measurement.

Fuel for the goal

The Lift protocol sets higher protein targets and the meal scanner scores each plate against them. The seven-day plan and grocery list follow.

Questions

Can I log sets from my watch?

Yes. On Apple Watch and Wear OS you can start a session, log sets and see live heart rate without the phone.

Does LIFE1 write back to Apple Health or Health Connect?

Yes. What you log in LIFE1 goes back out to Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android.

Is there a cost?

No. LIFE1 is free with no subscription and no ads.

Does it build my program for me?

The Lift protocol gives you the four programs and a daily plan. LIFE1 shows what you did and how it trends; it does not prescribe.

LIFE1 shows what you measured and what published guidelines say. It does not diagnose, interpret or treat. This page is general information, not medical advice.
